Our client service leaders recently got together in Nashville for some goal alignment sessions and team building, and they had a blast! There were some eye-opening self-discovery moments as part of the professional development sessions with Lee from Learning Karma, using Gallup Clifton Strengths and their VIA Character Strengths assessment tools.
It wasn’t all work and no play though—the team made sure to explore local honky-tonks and hit Nashville’s night spots as part of a competitive, city-wide scavenger hunt.
